Red Meat Examiner

Meat Examiners inspect meat and carcasses to guarantee the safety of the meat which is destined for human and animal consumption. They work in abattoirs under the supervision of a meat inspector or veterinarian.

Game Meat Examiner

Game Meat Examiners inspect game meat and carcasses to guarantee the safety of the meat which is destined for human and animal consumption. They work in abattoirs under the supervision of a meat inspector or veterinarian.

Poultry Meat Examiner

Poultry Examiners inspect poultry carcasses to guarantee the safety of the poultry meat which is destined for human and animal consumption. They work in abattoirs under the supervision of a Poultry Meat Inspector.

Poultry Meat Examiner Level 2

Poultry Meat Examiner Level 2 poultry carcasses to guarantee the safety and quality of the meat which is destined for human and animal consumption.

A PMI must have a PME qualification before embarking on the PMI training.
